Am I taking care of my mental health?
This includes practicing self-care, seeking professional help when needed, and managing stress levels.
Am I pursuing my passions and interests?
It’s important to make time for the things that make us happy.
Am I setting boundaries with others?
We must establish boundaries to protect our mental and emotional wellbeing.
Am I practicing gratitude and mindfulness?
Gratitude and mindfulness can help us stay present and appreciate the good things in our lives.
Am I maintaining healthy relationships with friends and family?
Healthy relationships require effort and communication.
Am I taking risks and stepping outside my comfort zone?
Growth comes from stepping outside of our comfort zones and trying new things.
