1. Customization and On-Demand Production:
All of our products are custom-made and produced on-demand based on your specific order. This means that each item is uniquely created just for you. As a result, we do not maintain an inventory of pre-made items.
2. Quality Assurance:
We ensure that each product undergoes a rigorous quality control process before being shipped. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please email info@menopausewellness.net within 3 days of receiving your order.
3. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please follow these steps:

- Replacement: If a replacement is warranted, we will create and ship a new item to you. In some cases, a return of the original item may be required, and we will provide instructions for this process.
5. Cancellations:
Due to the on-demand production process, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time frame, production will have already begun, and cancellations cannot be processed.
